Our People
Kevin Tortoriello
President/Owner of Adapt Staffing Group
Kevin has been in the staffing industry since 1995. He first started in the business has a IT Recruiter working only for a fortune 500 hundred companies, later he became the owner/ operator of TRK Systems, Inc. While running TRK Systems, Inc. Kevin evolved into a Recruiter/Project Manager. Kevin is a graduate of the State University of New York (Plattsburgh) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Before beginning his career in Staffing, Kevin worked as accountant for several manufacturing based companies. Focusing on “cost accounting” for much of that time helped Kevin to understand all the different costs that get rolled into products. During that time Kevin also learned how cost effective it is to have the right person in the right role.
Kevin’s diversified background gives him the knowledge and expertise to develop recruiting plans specifically designed to help his customers increase their productivity and improve their bottom line.

Thomas “TJ” Tortoriello
Owner/ Recruiter of Adapt Staffing Group
TJ has been with the Staffing Industry since 2002. TJ has an extensive background in the service industry. For 12 years TJ was a manager for a Fortune 100 service company in the Richmond area maintaining a workforce of over 130 employees. Prior to working there he was the General Manager for a National Restaurant where he interviewed and hired employees to maintain a staff of 50. TJ’s experience in the Staffing Industry has included the successful interviewing and placement of thousands of employees, both temporary and permanent.
TJ has been a resident of the Richmond area since 1987. Over the last 25 years TJ has been involved in many networking and community organizations. TJ has served four years as a Board member on a residential community association. He has sponsored and participated in many Richmond Charity events, and has been actively involved in his children’s school activities, including coaching many of their sports teams.
